‎اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

Translation: “The Hawzāh does not provide support with regards to the learning of the Qur’an, including the study of its text and its basic sciences ... The lack of Qur’an memorisation is one of the deficiencies in our Shī’a Hawzāt ... This has tarnished the image of Shī'a seminaries, in fact it has lead to a sense of embarrassment in conference between Shī’a scholars and scholars from other schools of thought (Sunnīs), even in front of their young students ... this is why we see scholars from Ahl ul-Sunnah being more familiar with the Qur'an than anyone else."

Back again with the misleading translation and leaving out important parts. This section of the book only speaks in regards to memorizing the Quran, such that the Hawza did not place an importance in that, and not in regards to learning the Quran at all. He added “With regards to learning of the Qur’an, including the study of its text and its basic sciences” The actual translation is “With regards to memorization of the Quran” anything else is added by LeftShiism in an attempt to deceive people.

He also left an important part where the Sayyid states that the Shia scholars, despite not being as learned in memorizing the Quran as other sect scholars, are vast in knowledge and the depth of their arguments. The text translated correctly is as follows "It leads to a feeling of embarrassment in conferences between Shia scholars and other sects scholars, even their young students, despite the vast knowledge of Shia scholars, and the depth of their arguments"

We see once again an attempt to deceive non-Arabic speakers, he tried to prove that Sayyid Khamenei says that non-shia scholars are better in the Quran sciences while in the Sayyid own words that the Shia scholars are more knowledgeable and that their arguments are quite in depth. His only gripe is that memorization of the Quran should be held in higher regard in the Howza.
